Can your second shooter shoot the wedding on their own, or are they in training/more like an assistant?
At this time our second shooter could take over as the lead photographer and shoot the entire wedding on his own. We strive to have every second shooter ready to take over at any moment to be prepared for anything!
Do you have back up gear in case something breaks?
We have back up equipment for everything from batteries to lighting and cameras to memory cards. We have more than enough equipment to make sure your day is captured flawlessly!
How much editing do you do to my images?
We try to shoot the right lighting straight out of the camera. We will do minor editing for color correction, exposure, and sharpness. But we do not use editing filters or do extensive "photoshopping" on our clients photos.
Are there restrictions on how I use my delivered images?
We provide you with full rights to your images. We ask that anytime you share the images to provide CNK Photography with the photo credit, or use the watermarked image provided to you in your gallery! We also ask that you not filter or Photoshop our images as that may be a misrepresentation of our work!
How will you make sure to capture what's important? May I request a certain shot?
We will be by your side as often as possible throughout your day to make sure we do not miss a moment. We do prefer that you let your lead photographer know of any specials events or special images you would like us to take during your planning meeting to assure we don't miss it!
What about insurance?
We are fully licenced and insured as CNK Photography LLC. as well our equipment
If we choose to not do the engagement session does your pricing change?
The engagement session is complimentary so it does not affect the package price! The session provides your photographer time to get to know you and your fiance and for you to feel comfortable with the individual that will be capturing your special day. Therefore we highly recommend for you to take the time to meet your photographer and let them possibly catch on to any tendencies that will allow your images of your wedding day to be even more spectacular! The engagements can also include family, pets, or anything you want them to be! Ultimately the price remains the same.
Do you help with the wedding day schedule?
We will sit down about two weeks prior to your wedding day to go over a final timeline of events for your day. During this time we will discuss start and end times, dances, special events, times to be ready by and anything else you might need to know. We try and make it as easy as we can for your day and make sure all your professionals are on the same page!
Do you edit our photos or are they sent out to be edited?
We will sit down and hand edit every single image delivered back to you with out batch editing or mass producing the results of your images.
How far in advance should we book our photographer?
Our recommendation is as soon as possible. We are receiving inquires every day and if you have your date set, contact us! Clients will book with us a year or more in advance to ensure their date is available! We are currently booking into Fall of 2021.
Where is your business from and how far will you travel?
We are based in Easton, Pa but are willing to travel anywhere! Depending on some futher locations a travel fee may be applied.
How far in advance before the wedding should we schedule our engagement session?
This answer will depend on if you plan to use the images for your Save The Dates to your guests. If so normally Save the Dates will go about about a year in advance. So we would suggest scheduling them before that. Otherwise this session can be scheduled at any time!
Do you have past clients we could speak with as references?
We absolutely do! You can email us directly and with their permission we can have you get in contact with them, or you can see some of our reviews on Facebook or Wedding Wire.
We have no idea where to take our engagement photos?
We absolutely have some ideas for you! We have an actual map of every engagement session we have ever taken to provide you with a very large catalog of ideas! It can be as crazy as sitting in waterfalls or as nice a a downtown park. It is completely up to you! We will try and incorporate how the two of you might have met or what you like to do together!!
Do you offer wedding packages without engagement photos?
Our engagement sessions are complimentary in our wedding packages. This means whether you have already had an engagement session or you don't want them taken, they are still included, and do not reflect any change of the package price.
